Shipping Policy:

 

· Shipments via USPS/UPS

· Shipping and Handing is 2-3 days after purchasing.

· Usually ships out on the same day* if placed before 8:00 A.M. pacific time Monday through Friday and called in to prioritize. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

· Purchase Orders may be received by us via Fax (213) 402-5250 or via email, sales@fabricempire.com

· Unless otherwise specified, shipments of 6 cartons or less would be via UPS/Fedex Ground

· Shipment of more than 6 cartons would be via a common carrier, for better rates/services

· Be sure to contact us for large PO's of at least $ 10,000 for special pricing conditions

· Rush processing is available on all items. Rush processing puts your order at the front of the processing queue and it will be sent to the appropriate department for shipment and/or manufacturing ASAP. Please note that rush processing does not speed up shipping time, only how quickly the items are shipped.

· All foam purchases is expected to be shipped on the 2-3 business days after purchasing due to the multiple process of packing and securing the foam.

 

A lot of money and time is spent in meticulously packaging our products.  It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and check all boxes prior upon receipt.  If there are any damages, holes, cuts, tears on the box you must note that on the Bill of Lading. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you fail to note on the BOL then you will not be able to file a claim.

 

TRACKING AND RECEIVING ITEMS - Upon shipping out your item, you will be receiving an email with a link to track your purchase.  When available, we will update your account and send you confirmation via email.  Any changes to the order are subject to charges and penalties.  Upon receiving your order it is your responsibility to inspect your order and sign for the Bill Of Lading.

 

Inside delivery is not included. Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
